From the west and north, cross onto the Cape via the Bourne Bridge in Bourne, MA. Routes 495, 195, 25, 6 (connects from Route 3) and 28 all converge on the Bridge. From the Bridge, take Route 28 south to Route 151. Turn right (east) onto Route and follow the MASSJAM signs.
